Taylor Swift says she's starting to think about new songs for the follow up to her smash hit release Red. She is currently still on the road supporting that album but spoke with reporters back stage at the CMA Festival in Nashville on Friday, saying she can feel the creativity starting to flow.
"It's starting. All the anxiety is starting. When the anxiety starts, the writing happens right after, usually. Whatever I write in the first year is going to get thrown away," she said.
She went on to add that the writing process could take a long time, however, and she plans to throw out a lot of material before she gets to her final products:
"I'm going to like it, but it's going to sound like the last record. The second year usually sounds like the next project."
