O'Reilly Automotive, Inc. (ORLY) said Monday that it has priced its offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 3.850% Senior Notes due 2023 at a price to the public of 99.992% of their face value. The company expects the offering to close on or around June 20.
The company plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including ordinary course working capital increases, repurchases of shares of its common stock, repayment of debt and to invest in other business opportunities, including acquisitions, and to pay related fees and expenses.
