Most recently, James was Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer and, for 7 months, acting Chief Executive Officer, of Optalert Limited, a company specialising in driver fatigue monitoring technology.
He brings extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer across a range of international high growth businesses in the mining services, hospitality, biotechnology and technology commercialisation sectors.
