The U.K. house price figures for April, inflation data and output prices for May were released at 4:30 am ET Tuesday. The pound showed mixed performance against other major currencies after these reports. While the pound rose against the greenback and the yen, it fell against euro and the franc.
The pound is now worth 1.5681 against the greenback, 149.33 against the yen, 1.4442 against the franc and 0.8536 against the euro.
