SeaEnergy PLC (SEA.L) said Wednesday that it is restructuring its board and that it decided to combine the roles of Finance and Commercial Director.The company appointed Steven Bertram, currently Commercial Director, to fill this role and will also assume the role of Company Secretary.
As a result, Finance Director and Company Secretary Chris Moar will step down with immediate effect, by mutual consent.
Chairman, David Sigsworth said, SeaEnergy continues to make good progress with implementing its strategy and looks forward to announcing its interim results in due course.
