British designer brand, Ted Baker(TED.L), Thursday announced a 32.7 percent increase in group revenue for the 20 week period from January 27 to June 15, from the same period last year.
Retail sales were up 30.7 percent, and wholesale sales climbed 41 percent, reflecting good performance in all their markets. The company attributed the positive growth to its phasing of sales, and expects the full-year growth to be slightly ahead of their initial expectations.
Toward the long-term development of its brand, the company said it is investing in people and infrastructure in international markets, especially in US and Asia.
Ted Baker intends to announce their interim results for the 28 weeks ending August 10 October 3.
