Acacia Research Corp. (ACTG) announced that its United Messaging Solutions LLC subsidiary has entered into a settlement and license agreement with Citigroup Inc. (C). The company said that the agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
