Corero Network Announces Contract Win, Stock Up

Corero Network Security Plc. (CNS.L), a provider of security solutions for defending against DDoS attacks and cyber threats, announced its largest First Line of Defense solution contract win. The order is valued at half a million dollars. The stock climbed over 11 percent.

The order provides protection for a leading Wall Street financial services firm and comprises multiple Corero DDoS Defense System products and SecureWatch services.

The Corero solution will provide protection for the customer's Internet connected infrastructure and high profile financial services websites.

The stock is up 11.11 percent at 25.00 pence.

United Airlines has opened its flight training school, United Aviate Academy, to bring out new pilots with a view to mainly empower women and people of color. The institute's first class of students is 80 percent women or people of color.
