Red Hat Inc. (RHT) Is Pulling Back After Q2 Report

Red Hat Inc. (RHT) reported second quarter adjusted EPS of $0.41 after the close Thursday, compared to $0.35 last year. Revenues were up 19 percent at $446 million, compared with $374.4 million in the previous year. Analysts expected EPS of $0.38 and revenues of $437 million. The stock is now down 1.56 on 166K shares.

Red Hat gradually declined during Thursday's session and finished with a loss of 0.42 at $60.66 on above average volume. The stock closed near the lower end of a 1-month range.
