Accor 2014 Profit Climbs - Quick Facts

French hotel group Accor SA (ACRFY.PK,ACRFF.PK) recorded a 77.0% growth in full-year net profit, Group share to 223 million euros from 126 million euros a year before. Operating profit before tax and non-recurring items totaled 578 million euros in 2014, compared with 442 million euros in 2013, a 22.1% increase on a like for-like basis.

The company said that the EBIT reached an all-time high of 602 million euros, versus 521 million euros in 2013, up 11.7% on a like-for-like basis. Thanks to the strong operational performance, annual funds from operations rose year-over-year to 769 million euros from 703 million euros.

Consolidated revenue came in at 5.45 billion euros in 2014, up 3.8% year-on-year at constant scope of consolidation and exchange rates and up 0.5% as reported, thanks to a good level of demand in most of the Group's key markets like Mediterranean, Middle-East and Africa, Americas, Northern, Central and Eastern Europe and Asia-Pacific.
