South Korea PPI Unchanged In April

Producer prices in South Korea were flat on month in April, the Bank of Korea said on Tuesday.

That follows the 0.1 percent decline in March.

Among the individual components, prices for agricultural, forestry and marine products fell 1.7 percent, while manufacturing industry products eased 0.2 percent. Prices for electric power, gas and water supply were unchanged, while services added 0.2 percent.

On a yearly basis, producer prices dropped 3.6 percent after falling 3.7 percent in the previous month.
