Taylor Swift Has Grossed $173 Million On 1989 World Tour


Taylor Swift's massive 1989 world tour has amassed nearly $200 million, according to Billboard.

Ticket sales totaling $13.6 million from three venues on the second North American leg bring the world tour's overall gross to $173 million from 59 reported concerts. Since Swift's 1989 tour launched in May, the pop starlet has performed for more than 1.5 million fans at 24 arenas and 13 stadiums based on reported box office stats.

Swift's 1989 world tour has become known for a seemingly endless string of guest appearances, ranging from actresses Lisa Kudrow and Lena Dunham to music's top stars like Steven Tyler and Mick Jagger. Other such guests include Justin Timberlake, Selena Gomez and The Weeknd.

The 17-week North American jaunt will wrap up at the end of this month.
