SecureWorks Prices IPO Of 8 Mln Class A Common Stock At $14 A Share

SecureWorks Corp. (SCWX), a provider of intelligence-driven information security solutions, announced late Thursday the pricing of its initial public offering of 8 million shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $14 per share.

In addition, SecureWorks has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.2 million shares of Class A common stock. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on April 22 under the symbol "SCWX".

SecureWorks said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan are acting as lead joint bookrunning managers for the offering.

Barclays, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, RBC Capital Markets and UBS Investment Bank are acting as bookrunning managers.
