First Solar Moving To The Downside On Disappointing Q4 Sales

After moving modestly lower early in the session, shares of First Solar (FSLR) have seen further downside over the course of the trading day on Friday. First Solar is currently down by 7.4 percent.

The decline by First Solar comes after the solar equipment maker reported a narrower than expected fourth quarter loss but weaker than expected sales.

Amazon Inc. is leading a new $575 million investment in British food delivery company Deliveroo, intensifying the e-commerce giant's competition with rival Uber and its Uber Eats service. Deliveroo noted that Amazon is set to be the largest investor in the Series G preferred shared funding round. With the latest funding round, Deliveroo has raised $1.53 billion.
