Judge: McDonald's "Extra Value Meals" Are Just Fine

Chicago Federal Court has found that McDonald's claim of Extra Value Meals as valid and rejected a class-action lawsuit.

Kelly Killeen, a customer of McDonald, in her filing claimed that the company is tricking the customers and there is nothing extra value for them. The Extra Value Meal, at a price tag of $5.08, carried two sausage burritos, hash brown and coffee which separately would have cost only 4.97.

Killeen has claimed that the marketing of Extra Value Meals have violated Illinois' consumer fraud laws.
