American International Group (AIG) Has Tumbled To A New Low After Q1 Miss

American International Group (AIG) reported first quarter adjusted EPS of $1.04 after the close Wednesday, which fell short of the consensus estimate of $1.27.

American International Group gapped open sharply lower Thursday and has continued to fall in early trade. Shares are now down 4.66 at $50.19 on above average volume. The stock has tumbled to a new low for the year.
