Ciena Pulls Back Off Best Levels But Remains Firmly Positive

After moving sharply higher in early trading, shares of Ciena (CIEN) have pulled back off their best levels of the day but remain firmly positive in afternoon trading on Thursday. Ciena is currently up by 11.5 percent after reaching a ten-year intraday high.

The early rally by Ciena came after the networking company reported fiscal third quarter results that beat expectations on both the top and bottom lines.
