Phillips 66 Q3 adjusted earnings Beat Estimates

Phillips 66 (PSX) reported a profit for its third quarter that increased from last year.

The company's earnings totaled $1.53 billion, or $3.18 per share. This compares with $0.88 billion, or $1.60 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Excluding items, Phillips 66 reported adjusted earnings of $1.46 billion or $3.10 per share for the period.
