Cambrex Updates Outlook - Quick Facts

Cambrex Corp. (CBM) announced the company now expects full year adjusted net revenue, which excludes the impact of foreign currency and the adoption of ASC 606, to be between down 1% and down 3% and adjusted EBITDA to be between $153 and $159 million, excluding the impact of the Halo acquisition.

For the third-quarter, adjusted EBITDA, which excludes the impact of adopting ASC 606, Halo's results and acquisition and integration costs, was $28.1 million. Net revenue decreased 7% under current U.S. GAAP, ASC 606.
