Lowe's Cos. (LOW) Has Fallen To A 6-Month Low After Q3 Report

Lowe's Cos. (LOW) reported third quarter EPS of $0.78 Tuesday morning, down from $1.05 last year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.98. The company's revenue for the quarter rose 3.9% to $17.42 billion from $16.77 billion last year. Same store sales increased by 1.5 percent.

The company also plans to exit its Mexican operations as part of its restructuring efforts.

Lowe's gapped open sharply lower Tuesday, but has recovered some lost ground in early trade. Shares of the retailer are down 2.60 at $88.75. The stock has fallen to a 6-month low.
