Amended: European Economics Preview: BoE FSR, Stress Test Results, German GfK Due

Corrects the publication times of Bank of England FSR and German GfK

On an otherwise light Wednesday for European economics, the highlights are the release of the latest Financial Stability Report and bank stress test results from the Bank of England and the German consumer confidence data from GfK.

The Bank of England is set to release the latest FSR and the results of the bank stress tests at 16.30 GMT or 11.30 am ET. Governor Mark Carney is scheduled to hold a press conference shortly afterwards.

Last week, the bank brought forward the publication date of these reports from December 5 to provide lawmakers an analysis of how the Brexit deal will affect the bank's ability to deliver its statutory remits for monetary and financial stability, including in a 'no deal, no transition' scenario.

The market research group GfK is scheduled to release the German consumer confidence data for December at 2 am ET. The forward-looking indicator is expected to ease slightly to 10.5 percent from 10.6 percent.

In other news, the European Central Bank is set to release the Eurozone M3 money supply data for October at 4 am ET.

Also at 4 am ET, the Swiss business confidence survey results for November from Credit Suisse is due. The indicator was at -39.1 in the previous month.

Unemployment data from Hungary, confidence indicators and retail sales figures from Sweden, and producer prices data from Italy are also due on Wednesday.
