Range Resources CFO Nick Beattie Resigns; Names Acting CFO; Stock Dips

Range Resources Ltd. (RRL.L), an oil and gas company with oilfield service businesses in Trinidad and Indonesia, Monday announced that Nick Beattie has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary to pursue other career opportunities. The shares were down around 29 percent in the morning trading in London.

The company said it will consider a successor CFO in due course however, in the meanwhile, Theo Eleftheriades, the Group Financial Controller, will assume the role of Acting CFO following Beattie's departure.

Beattie has agreed to stay with Range until April 1, 2019 to support an orderly transition and the Company will be releasing its half-yearly report as scheduled on March 15.

Evgenia Bezruchko, the Group Corporate Development Manager, will assume the role of Joint Company Secretary with effect from April 1, 2019.
