Jones Lang Lasalle Q4 adjusted earnings Beat Estimates

Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) reported earnings for its fourth quarter that climbed from the same period last year.

The company's earnings came in at $201.1 million, or $4.37 per share. This compares with $76.2 million, or $1.66 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Excluding items, Jones Lang Lasalle reported adjusted earnings of $275.5 million or $5.99 per share for the period.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $4.84 per share, according to figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company's revenue for the quarter rose 12.7% to $4.89 billion from $4.34 billion last year.
