Foo Fighters, Robert Plant, Zac Brown Band To Headline Bourbon & Beyond Festival


Foo Fighters, Robert Plant, and Zac Brown Band are set to headline this year's Bourbon & Beyond Festival.

The third anniversary of the three-day festival will be held in Louisville, Kentucky, at the KY Expo Center from September 20-22.

Other acts set to perform at the festival include, John Fogerty,Daryl Hall & John Oates, ZZ Top, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Trey Anastasio Band, Leon Bridges, The Flaming Lips, Alison Krauss, Edward Sharpe And The Magnetic Zeroes, Live, Grace Potter, Little Steven & The Disciples Of Soul, and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, among others.

Tickets for the festival go on sale March 15 at 12 p.m. ET.

The festival, which is held during Bourbon Heritage Month, will include appearances by notable distillers and chefs as well as tastings and seminars celebrating Louisville's renowned distilleries. Culinary experts Edward Lee and Anthony Lamas will also give festival goers a unique food experiences.

"If you could capture America in a bottle, it would be a bottle of bourbon. It's a uniquely American creation, like jazz and baseball, and its beating heart is in Louisville," Bourbon & Beyond producer Danny Wimmer said in a statement.

"This connection to the past has transformed Louisville into a city of the future," he added. "One of the most vibrant and diverse food scenes in the country has grown around bourbon's resurgence, and we tried to mirror that spirit with the great music lineup that we put together."
