An arrest warrant has been issued for Offset, who is accused of smashing a fan's cell phone as he was taking a video of the rapper inside a Sandy Springs, Georgia, Target store on April 22.

TMZ identified the victim as Junior Gibbons, whose iPhone 8, costing $800, was allegedly smashed into pieces.

Gibbons filed a complaint based on the altercation to Sandy Springs police on April 26, Billboard reports.

"HARDEST THING I EVER DONE WAS BEING A BLACK MEN (TARGET) AND A RAPPER (TARGET) s-t is crazy !!!" Offset tweeted on Thursday before later deleting the post.

"At this time, we've been in contact with his attorney and we're making arrangements for him to turn himself in," Sgt. Sam Worsham was quoted as saying. "At this time, he has not turned himself in. The warrant is still active."
