Garda World: No Intention To Make Offer For G4S - Quick Facts

Garda World Security Corp. (GW.TO) said it does not intend to make an offer for G4S plc (GFSZY.PK,GFS.L). On 10 April, Garda World said it is in the preliminary stages of considering an approach to the board of G4S regarding a possible cash offer.

G4S plc said it plans to commence separation of the cash business in the second half of 2019. G4S noted that it will evaluate the received expressions of interest from interest parties to acquire the Group's Cash Solutions businesses alongside the separation review.
