Crédit Agricole Group Q1 Underlying Net Income Up 6.1% YoY - Quick Facts

Crédit Agricole Group reported that, in the first quarter of 2019, the Group's stated net income Group share was at 1.35 billion euros, down 5.5% from prior year. Excluding specific items, underlying net income Group share was 1.43 billion euros, up 6.1% from prior year. Excluding the contribution to the SRF, the increase was 8.1%.

For the first-quarter, Crédit Agricole Group reported revenues of 8.20 billion euros, down 0.7% from a year ago. Underlying revenues were up 0.9% to 8.32 billion euros.

Credit Agricole SA reported first-quarter stated net income Group share of 763 million euros, compared to 856 million euros, a year ago, down 10.9%. Earnings per share was 0.22 euros compared to 0.25 euros. Excluding specific items, underlying net income Group share was 796 million euros, an increase of 1.0% from prior year. Underlying earnings per share was 0.23 euros, down 0.9% from prior year.

For the first-quarter, Credit Agricole SA reported revenues of 4.85 billion euros, down 1.1% from previous year. Underlying revenues were 4.90 billion euros, up 0.1%.
