Hewlett Packard Enterprise In Advanced Talks To Buy Cray: Bloomberg

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co (HPE) is in advanced talks to buy supercomputer maker Cray Inc, the Bloomberg reported, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

The report specified that the deal could be announced as soon as this week, adding that no final agreements have been reached and it could still be delayed.

HPE spokeswoman declined to comment and Cray was not immediately available for comment after U.S. market hours.
