Australian capital advisory firm PCF Capital Group is set to launch a blockchain-powered $250 million digital securities offering. This is claimed to be the world's largest capital raise for the mining sector utilizing digital securities. PCF Capital focuses on serving clients in the mining and resource sector.

PCF Capital has chosen the KoreConX all-in-one, AI-based blockchain platform. It manages issuance, trading, clearing, settlement, management, reporting, corporate actions, and custodianship.

The offering will be open to accredited investors, institutional investors and family offices in the USA, Cayman Islands, Australia, Canada, UK, UAE, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

PCF Capital said it selected KoreConX as it will enable it to remain compliant with regulations not only in the U.S. and Australia but also in multiple other jurisdictions around the world. PCF has offices in seven countries in five continents and has executed over 120 mine divestment and project financing mandates for over $2 billion.

KoreConX's platform will also connect PCF Capital with its global KorePartner ecosystem that will allow PCF Capital to instantly start marketing its offering in multiple jurisdictions with regulated partners.

Additionally, the platform allows PCF Capital to create, design, test their digital securities and manage all their new shareholders by utilizing the capitalization table or cap table and investor relations features. It provides users a portfolio management feature, with no wallets that will put them at risk.

The KoreConX ecosystem consists of broker-dealers, secondary markets platforms, investors relations, marketing, media and securities lawyers in multiple jurisdictions.
