Five Finger Death Punch's cover of The Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band's "Blue On Black" has earned the top spot on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Songs chart dated June 1.

"Blue On Black" is the heavy metal band's seventh No. 1 on the chart.

All three of FFDP's singles from their latest album, And Justice for None, have topped the Mainstream Rock Songs chart.

The special version of "Blue On Black" features Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Brantley Gilbert and Brian May, the lead guitarist of Queen.

Titans in each of their respective genres, the artists came together in April to merge country and mainstream rock to re-create the classic song originally recorded and co-written by Shepherd.

The band donated proceeds from the new rendition to The Gary Sinise Foundation.
