Aker Solutions Appoints Ole Martin Grimsrud As CFO, Effective August 1

Norwegian engineering company Aker Solutions ASA (AKKVF.PK) announced Friday the appointment of Ole Martin Grimsrud as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1. He replaces Svein Oskar Stoknes, who is taking over as CFO of Aker ASA on the same day.

Grimsrud will report to CEO Luis Araujo. He was most recently the company's Senior Vice President, Group Treasury, Controlling and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Grimsrud joined Aker Solutions in 2012 as Vice President, Finance for the Subsea business. Since then, he has held several senior management positions.

Earlier, he was with Norwegian industrial groups Elkem and Norske Skog, holding various positions within finance, strategy and operations.

Oskar Stoknes was named CFO in September 2014, after joining Aker Solutions in 2007.
