CGI Offers To Buy SCISYS For 254.15p/shr In Cash

IT and business consulting services firm CGI (GIB, GIB.A.TO) said it has offered to buy SCISYS for 254.15 pence per share in cash, valuing SCISYS at about 78.9 million pounds.

The offer represents a premium of 24.6% to its closing price on June 13, 2019.

The transaction is expected to close during the second half of 2019.

SCISYS has about 670 professionals predominantly based in the UK and Germany.
