New Jonas Brothers Album Debuts At No. 1 On Billboard 200

The Jonas Brothers' new album Happiness Begins debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 Chart.

The record earned 414,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending June 13, Billboard reported, citing Nielsen Music data. Out of this, 357,000 units were in album sales.

These are the largest weekly figures for any album in 2019.

The album, which was released earlier this month via Republic Records, is the Jonas Brothers' third No. 1 album.

Happiness Begins broke the record of the biggest week of 2019 for any album, previously held by Ariana Grande's thank u, next.

The new Jonas Brothers album has reached a number of milestones, including largest sales week for an album in more than a year, biggest week for a pop album since 2017, largest week for an album by a group in more than 3 years, and biggest streaming album of the week.
