WPP Sells Farm Group To Los Angeles-based Picture Shop; Terms Undisclosed

WPP (WPP) said that it agreed to sell The Farm Group, a provider of post-production services, to Los Angeles-based Picture Shop. The terms of the deal are not disclosed.

WPP noted that the sale is in line with its new strategy, which is focus on its main areas of business and simplify its operations through the disposal of non-core assets.

Home Depot Inc. (HD) on Tuesday reported 5.8 percent increase in fourth-quarter profit, while Macy's Inc. (M) fourth-quarter profit fell 54.1 percent. However, the results of the companies beat analysts' estimates. The retailers have reaffirmed their annual outlook. Sildenafil is an FDA-approved prescription drug for erectile dysfunction. The company had earlier in November 2019 recalled all lots of Up2 dietary supplement.
