Perrigo Raises 2019 Adj. Profit View; Stock Up

Perrigo Company plc (PRGO) said it raised 2019 adjusted earnings per guidance range by 10 cents, following completion of its acquisition of Ranir Global Holdings LLC.

In Tuesday pre-market trade, PRGO is trading at $49.95, up $1.46 or 3.01 percent.

The company increased 2019 non-GAAP earnings per share guidance to a range of $3.75 - $4.05, which included accretion of $0.10 from Ranir. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report earnings of $3.94 per share for 2019. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
