Steinhoff CFO Philip Dieperink To Resign - Quick Facts

Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. said Philip Dieperink will resign as CFO and from the Management Board, effective 31 August 2019. Theodore de Klerk, the current Operations Director and member of the Management Board, will assume the position of CFO on 1 September 2019. Philip Dieperink will leave the Group on 31 December 2019.

The company noted that the resignation of Philip Dieperink was on mutual consent. Philip was appointed as CFO of the Group in January 2018 and was appointed a managing director in April 2018.
