Remy Cointreau CEO Valerie Chapoulaud-Floquet To Resign - Quick Facts

Remy Cointreau Group (REMYF.PK), the French family-run Group, said the company's Chief Executive Officer Valerie Chapoulaud-Floquet will resign by the year-end due to personal reasons. She joined the Group in September 2014 as Chief Executive Officer. The financial conditions for the termination will be finalized by the Board.

Valerie Chapoulaud-Floquet said: "It is with great emotion that I will leave Remy Cointreau Group at the end of the year, once the torch passed to my successor. I am serene, as the Group's results, foundations, teams and strategy vision allow it to envisage the future with optimism."
