Lil Nas X's 'Old Town Road' Extends Reign Atop Billboard Hot 100

Lil Nas X's "Old Town Road," featuring Billy Ray Cyrus, has extended its stay atop Billboard's Hot 100 chart, continuing its reign for a 14th week.

The catchy lil' ditty is just the 10th smash hit in the chart's history to reign for 14 weeks. The last single to spend at least that many weeks atop the chart was Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee's "Despacito," featuring Justin Bieber, which spent a record-tying 16 weeks on top in 2017.

"Old Town Road" also leads the Streaming Songs chart for a 14th week, with 89.3 million U.S. streams in the week ending July 4, up 1%, according to Nielsen Music.

Lil Nas X's debut EP 7 debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. The eight-track EP includes "Old Town Road," both in its original form and the Billy Ray Cyrus-featured version.
