Workspace Group Q1 Customer Enquiries Increase

Workspace Group Plc. (WKP.L) reported that good level of demand in the first quarter with customer enquiries averaging 1,060 per month, compared to 1,021 per month last year. Lettings averaged 121 per month compared to 88 per month in the prior year.

Net debt reduced by 6 million pounds in the quarter to 574 million pounds, with cash balances and undrawn facilities of 134 million pounds as at 30 June 2019.

The pro forma loan-to-value ratio at 30 June 2019, based on the 31 March 2019 property valuation was 22%.
