DCC Says Good Growth In Q1 Operating Profit; Backs FY View

DCC Plc (DCC.L), a sales, marketing and support services group, reported Friday that its first-quarter trading was in line with expectations, with good growth in Group operating profit, driven by acquisitions completed in the prior year.

In its interim management statement, the company said its profit for the year ending March 31, 2020 are significantly weighted towards the second half of its financial year.

The company reiterated its belief that the year will be another year of profit growth and development.

DCC expects to announce its interim results for the six months ending September 30 on November 12.
