Tilray To Buy FOUR20 - Quick Facts

Tilray, Inc. (TLRY) said, the company, through a subsidiary of High Park, will acquire 420 Investments Ltd. or FOUR20, a cannabis retail brand with six retail operations across Alberta, Canada. Tilray will provide up to C$110 million consisting of C$70 million in Tilray Class 2 stock at closing and C$40 million in stock subject to the achievement of certain performance milestones.

Tilray said the company and High Park will utilize the acquistion to expand into other Canadian provincial markets. FOUR20 will operate as a wholly-owned unit of Tilray.
