Direct Line Insurance Appoints Tim Harris As CFO, Effective Oct. 1

Direct Line Insurance Group plc (DLG.L) announced Monday that Tim Harris will join the Company as Chief Financial Officer and the Board as an Executive Director on October 1.

Until July 12, 2019, Harris was Deputy Chief Executive and Group Finance Director of the Royal London Group. He joined Royal London as Group Finance Director in May 2014 and in 2018 was additionally appointed as Deputy Chief Executive.

Prior to that, Harris had been Group CFO of Torus Insurance, Deputy Group CFO and Chief Capital Officer of Aviva plc and a Partner in the Global Capital Markets practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
