The Prince Estate has appointed Alan Seiffert as its new Executive Director, thereby assigning him to a managerial role of the Paisley Park, Prince's "mythical creative sanctuary."

"As an experienced entertainment executive, live event producer and brand builder, Alan Seiffert's exemplary business and artistic IQ — coupled with his lifelong enthusiasm for Prince — uniquely qualifies him to serve as Executive Director", said representatives for the estate.

They added, "We look forward to advancing the strategic and long-term operational goals of Paisley Park under Alan's stewardship."

Seiffert, the former president of the New York-based full service and production management company Midnight Blue Management, has previously helped manage such successful events as the Black Girls Rock! Festival, the KPOP Ball Music Festival and the BET Experience at LA Live.

"I am thrilled to join the Paisley Park family, and to build upon the amazing legacy that is Prince", Seiffert shared. "Just as it was for Prince, Paisley Park is more than a building or place—it is a creative laboratory, performance studio, and innovative space offering future generations the chance to create and share their work."

The estate has also assigned the job of sprucing-up the museum-cum-park to MR-ProFun & Mycotoo, two leading companies focusing on experience design and entertainment strategy.
