J. Cole Wins Big At BET Hip Hop Awards

J. Cole was the biggest winner at the BET Hip Hop Awards, bagging three. The award show was held last Saturday and premiered on BET Networks on Tuesday.

The rapper was named the 'Lyricist of the Year' and won the 'Sweet 16: Best Featured Verse' award for his verse on 21 Savage's "A Lot."

J. Cole also won the 'Impact Track' award for his single "Middle Child."

Cardi B earned two wins for 'Made-You-Look Award (Best Hip-Hop Style)' and the visuals for "Money" took home 'Best Hip-Hop Video.'

Travis Scott took home his first win in the 'Video Director of the Year' and 'Album of the Year' categories.

Lil Nas X was awarded 'Single of the Year' and 'Best Collabo, Duo or Group' for "Old Town Road."

Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie took home the night's first award, and the first ever 'Best International Flow' award.

Megan Thee Stallion kicked off the night live from the boat in Atlanta, performing a medley of "Hot Girl Summer" before taking home the 'Hot Ticket Performer' and 'Best Mixtape' awards.
