Jay-Z is set to host the inaugural Shawn Carter Foundation Gala in Hollywood, Florida, on November 15 and 16.

All of the gala's fundraising events, including a High Roller Blackjack Tournament, in which Meek Mill is likely to participate, will take place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The winner stands to get a $50,000 jackpot.

Mill, Rihanna and Beyoncé are among the celebrities expected to attend the black tie gala event on November 16, which will feature a a live concert, termed "an intimate one-time-only performance," by Alicia Keys to benefit The Shawn Carter Foundation.

The Shawn Carter Foundation was founded in 2003 by Jay-Z and his mother, Gloria Carter, to provide low-income students with scholarships, study abroad opportunities, college workshops, and more. Proceeds from the gala will go towards the foundation's fund.

"Equipping our youth with the tools to succeed will always be a priority for me and my family," Jay-Z said in a statement. "I'm looking forward to continuing that mission at this year's Shawn Carter Foundation Gala Weekend, where we'll celebrate our scholars and continue to support young people in a meaningful way."

In April, Jay-Z announced a partnership with Toyota for the Shawn Carter Foundation annual black college bus tour. The program gives students the opportunity to visit several historically black colleges and universities around the country.
