Live Nation Productions and Double E Entertainment have signed on as executive producers of All I Can Say, a documentary about late Blind Melon frontman Shannon Hoon.

The film's title has been borrowed from the opening lines of Blind Melon's 1993 smash hit, "No Rain."

All I Can Say is said to be an intimate account of Hoon's final five years, exploring his creative process and family, the band's rise to fame and his struggle with addiction.

Footage shot by Hoon of his own life appears in the doc. He "filmed his daughter's birth, and archived the politics and culture of the 90s, an era right before the Internet changed the world," reads a statement from the producers.

All I Can Say was co-directed by Grammy-nominated filmmakers Danny Clinch, Taryn Gould, and Colleen Hennessy, and was produced by Lindha Narvaez, Samuel Gursky, and Taryn Gould.

The documentary was shown at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival, won best feature documentary at New Hampshire Film Festival and won the grand jury prize at Sound Unseen Festival.
