Country singer Jake Owen shared that he broke his wrist while showing his 7-year-old daughter "what not to do."
In a video posted to Instagram, the 38-year-old singer and "great dad" shared that he, "like any dad," was riding a skateboard on his "driveway with my little girl, Pearl, trying to show her what not to do, and I showed her what not do alright," he said. "Don't break your wrist, Pearl."
Owen added that the injury will only take 4 to 6 weeks to heal and that he will be good to go in May, when he is scheduled to accompany Lady Antebellum and Maddie & Tae on a 40-date summer tour set to kick off in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on May 21.
"Heal up! Going to be a fun summer!!" country trio Lady Antebellum commented on Owen's post.
Pre-sale of tickets for the tour dubbed the "Ocean 2020 Tour" will begin on January 24 via megaticket.com
