PPHE Hotel FY Room Revenue Up 5.9%; Sees FY Results In-line With Board View

PPHE Hotel Group Limited (PPH.L) reported that its group room revenue for the year ended 31 December 2019 increased 5.9% to 250 million pounds from the prior year. Like-for-like Group room revenue grew by 6.3% to 249 million pounds from last year.

Like-for-like RevPAR for the year grew 5.1% to 103.7 pounds, driven by like-for-like occupancy growth of 130bps to 80.7% and like-for-like average room rate growth of 3.4% to 128.5 pounds.

RevPAR for the year grew 6.0% to 103.6 pounds. Occupancy increased by 120 bps to 80.6% and average room rate improved by 4.4% to 128.5 pounds.

The Group expects to deliver full year results in-line with Board expectations following a solid performance through the final quarter.

The company plans to publish its full year results on 27 February 2020.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is in the process of sending out refund checks to consumers who were allegedly misled by Office Depot, Inc. and its software provider Support.com, Inc., into buying computer repair products and services.
