Virgin Money UK Chairman Jim Pettigrew To Retire - Quick Facts

Virgin Money UK plc said Jim Pettigrew plans to retire as Chairman by September 2021. He is a member of the Governance & Nomination Committee (Chair), and Remuneration Committee. The Board has started a search process to find his successor.

Jim Pettigrew joined the Group in September 2012 and became Chairman in 2014. Jim is a past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, a former Chairman of Scottish Financial Enterprise, and a former Co Chair of Scotland's Financial Services Advisory Board.
