Diploma Appoints Barbara Gibbes As CFO, Effective June 22 - Quick Facts

Diploma plc (DPLM.L), a supplier of specialised products and services, announced Thursday the appointment of Barbara Gibbes as Chief Financial Officer Designate.

She will join the company on March 2 and, after a period of transition, will join the Board as Chief Financial Officer on June 22.

Gibbes succeeds Nigel Lingwood, who will step down from the Board on June 22. Lingwood will continue to facilitate a successful handover until he leaves the Group, as previously announced, on September 30.

Gibbes has held senior finance positions at Management Consulting Group PLC, Domino's Pizza Group plc and Intu Properties plc.
